The Spectratek 8000S has an enormous heat zone cure area of 3,081sq.in. Consisting of two separate independently operated light arrays containing four 1000W lamps each (Total of Eight) delivering a total of 8000 Watts. Each lamp head is totally adjustable to easily conform to the exact shape of the panel or replacement part being cured.
The Thermal Integrated Sensor System (TISS) allows for very fast set up and regulation of all functions.
Everything from automatic distance sensors which emit an audible tone when the proper distance from the panel is achieved. The heat sensor automatically adjusts the temperature throughout the entire curing process.
The Spectratek 8000SD Short Wave Computerized IR Heat Paint Curing System cures on any substrate from primers in 3 to 8 minutes and water based fillers in 7 to 9 minutes.
