Low Price Policy

Pro Line Systems International's top priority is customer service and we strive to provide the best pricing available. If you find a lower price (that includes the price plus shipping, handling, delivery, sales tax, and sometimes even rebates) on an identical in-stock item from another Authorized Dealer, simply contact our customer service team and we will do everything possible to meet or beat that price. Be ready to provide the competitor’s details in writing, including shipping, handling, sales tax, and delivery date.

Pro Line Systems will only price match before shipping; once your order has shipped, we will not match a lower price. Pro Line Systems's price match policy is not combinable with any other discounts.

Exclusions: Pro Line Systems will not match competitors ' free offers; rebates; financing offers, clearance, or closeout prices; prices on used, damaged, returned, open box or display merchandise; Service contracts; installation, delivery, or assembly services. Pro Line Systems Price Match Policy does not apply to parts or accessories.

Return Policy. We at Pro Line Systems educate our customers on our products before the sale. Some equipment is expensive and incurs high shipping costs and conditions, so any returns are on a case-by-case basis. Our standard policy is All Sales Are Final unless approved by a Pro Line Systems Representative.

Our standard restock fee is 25% for items returned that have not been used and can be resold as new. Restock fees could be higher depending on the condition.

Since 2002 we are proud to not have any returns at all because all customers are educated on the products they purchase.
